KARMA
SUSHI
A rebranding of a sushi restaurant called Karma Sushi. Nordic meets Japan was the brief.
The logo was built upon ‘the endless knot’, an ancient symbol representing the endless cycle of karma, and on the fisherman's net of the north. We also developed a custom typeface inspired by waves. For photo style, we used black wood and stone to get that raw Nordic feeling (very new at the time).
